1 Fix a common problem
Tap what's happening. Try the checks – most problems are fixed in a few minutes.
Always switch off, remove the key or unplug, and wait for every part to stop before you open, clear or adjust the machine.
1It won't start
Try this first:
- Check the plug, the isolator switch and the circuit breaker at the board.
- 380 V machines need three-phase power – check all three phases are on.
- Make sure the machine is not jammed (switch off first, then check).

2Pellets crumble or don't form
Try this first:
- Your mix is probably too dry – add a little water or molasses and mix well.
- A cold die gives poor pellets: run a little oily mix through first to warm it up.
- Use finely milled material – coarse meal does not bind well.

3The die is blocked
Try this first:
- Before switching off, always run some oily mix through so the die stays clean.
- If it is blocked: switch off, let it cool, then clear the holes or ask us for help.

4Motor or engine stalls
Try this first:
- Feed more slowly and evenly.
- A mix that is too wet or too coarse makes the machine work harder.
- Check the belt (diesel models) is tight and not worn.

5Output is low
Try this first:
- Worn rollers or die reduce output – check the roller surface and die holes.
- Check the gap between rollers and die.

Order another part3 Care guide – keep it running
- Before each use: check that the die and rollers are tight, and (diesel models) the oil and fuel level.
- While working: feed the mix evenly – don't overload the die.
- After each use: empty the hopper and clean off feed while the machine cools down.
- Regularly: check the rollers and die for wear, check the belt or coupling, and grease the bearings.
